Customer's Terms & Conditions

These general terms and conditions, together with the terms of your booking of our Baozaboy Valet’s services effected through our hotline or mobile application (the “Terms”) govern the provision to you by the sub-brands of Baozaboy Valet Concierge (“Baozaboy Valet Concierge,” “us,” “we,” or the “Company”) (UEN: 53481475A). These services include those that are provided by Baozaboy Valet Concierge (the “Services”). By using our platform, you enter into an agreement with Baozaboy Valet Concierge regarding the services offered.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES.

By using our services, you hereby accept & acknowledge all of the following:

• Purpose of Service Agreement:
  These Terms define the service agreements between you, the customer, and Baozaboy Valet Concierge for the valet services provided.
  
  

• Baozaboy Valet Concierge Services:
  Baozaboy Valet Concierge is a service platform that connects individuals with independent contractors (the “Contractor”), who are not employees or agents of the company.
  
  

• Contractor Independence:
  Appointed Contractors have no authority to act for, represent, and/or bind Baozaboy Valet Concierge in contractual relations. The appointed Contractor that our platform matches will be the authorized driver for the purpose of your comprehensive motor insurance coverage.
  
  

• Baozaboy Valet's Duties & Liabilities:
  Baozaboy Valet Concierge’s duties and liabilities are limited to exercising reasonable care in the screening & selection of suitable Contractors. Baozaboy Valet Concierge bears no liability for any damage due to the acts or omissions of appointed Contractors. You agree to hold Baozaboy Valet Concierge harmless from any claims arising from such damages.
  
  

• Indemnity:
  You agree to indemnify us, our directors, officers, employees, agents, and all Company’s appointed Contractors for any cost, loss, or liability they may incur:
  
  

  • In relation to the provision of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

  • Resulting from your breach of any of the Terms or otherwise governing the Service.

• For Baozaboy Valet’s services, you represent and warrant and undertake to ensure that:
  
  

  • You are the owner of the motor vehicle being used for the Service (the “Vehicle”), or if not, you are authorized by the owner to use the Vehicle; all necessary licenses and permits have been obtained and are in full effect to allow the Vehicle to be driven for the purposes of the valet service.

  • Road tax has been fully paid in respect of the Vehicle.

  • There is a valid Certificate of Entitlement in place for the Vehicle.

  • There is a valid motor insurance policy issued by a reputable insurer in place for the Vehicle, and such policy covers the driving by the appointed Baozaboy Valet driver of the Vehicle.

• Fuel:
  There must be sufficient fuel in the Vehicle for the Service. If necessary, the Baozaboy Valet driver reserves the right to top up the fuel and you will reimburse the cost immediately.
  
  

• Liabilities and Exclusions:
  
  

  • Baozaboy Valet Concierge, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and appointed Contractors, to the extent permitted by law, will not be responsible for:

    • Any accident, injury, or death to any person.

    • Damage, loss, or theft to the Vehicle or property inside the Vehicle.

    • Parking fines or traffic offenses caused by the allocated driver.

    • Losses or damages once the Baozaboy Valet appointed driver has parked and exited the vehicle.

• No Liability for Items Left in the Vehicle:
  Baozaboy Valet Concierge will not accept responsibility for any items left in the Vehicle. We do not provide safe custody for any valuables or personal belongings in the car.
  
  

• Claims and Liability:
  
  

  • Customers are responsible for any losses and/or damages while using the appointed Contractors. Baozaboy Valet Concierge will only mediate disputes.

  • For damages exceeding $2,000, the Contractor will only be liable up to the excess amount stated in the motor insurance policy.

• Service Refusal:
  Baozaboy Valet Concierge reserves the right to refuse potential customers or terminate previously accepted jobs without providing reasons. Any threats or abusive acts toward Baozaboy Valet Concierge or its staff may result in reporting to the authorities.
  
  

• Personal Data Protection:
  By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as required by the Personal Data Protection Act of Singapore.
  
  

• Insurance:
  Customers are advised to inform their insurers that they have authorized the valet drivers to drive their insured vehicle.
  
  

• Amendments:
  Baozaboy Valet Concierge reserves the right to amend and/or delete these Terms at its discretion. Customers are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly.
  
  

• Jurisdiction:
  The Terms are governed by Singapore law, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Singapore.
